Joining the team at Three Waters Resort presents a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and trendy resort that embodies the laid-back lifestyle of the Florida Keys.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>An Engineering Manager maintains high morale for engineering; teach engineering staff how to maintain and repair equipment; solicit suggestions or input from other members of the engineering team; coach or counsel team members effectively; staff consistently achieves standards for the department; discuss problems with employees as they come up; understand the hotel’s human resources policies and procedures; treat all employees fairly; use appropriate staffing levels for work demand; promotes hotel service standards and policies.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· Read, write, speak and understand English fluently.</p>\n<p>· Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-5 years.</p>\n<p>· Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience.</p>\n<p>· Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years.</p>\n<p>· Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, preventative maintenance systems and all related engineering disciplines.</p>\n<p>· Basic computer skills, administrative skills.</p>\n<p>· Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees.</p>\n<p>· No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.</p>\n<p>· Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
