This position is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating our agile and/or waterfall project teams to achieve a high level of performance. The overall goal is to deliver exciting projects on time and in budget. The Project Manager is able to manage several concurrent high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business units. This position will also engage with multiple vendors and require strong organizational skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the full lifecycle of the project from planning to closure</li>\n <li>Build a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and transparency</li>\n <li>Manage customer expectations for project deliverables, stakeholder communications, and ensure an effective execution of project governance</li>\n <li>Manage resource planning, project plan, budget, issues, risk and overall communication </li>\n <li>Manage scope to budget and work with product owners to prioritize enhancements </li>\n <li>Build project Work Breakdown Structures and determine level of effort for each task</li>\n <li>Provide a project schedule accurately estimating time and resources required to complete the project</li>\n <li>Manage the project budget - meet financial objectives by forecasting; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions</li>\n <li>Avoid risk by analyzing data, anticipating, identifying and mitigating risk factors; act quickly to determine problems and make decisions to solve them</li>\n <li>Create cutover plans and facilitate go live events</li>\n <li>Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives including tracking actions to closure</li>\n <li>Assist development/Business Analysts to refine product functionality and product back log user stories</li>\n <li>Help to negotiate 3rd party SOW and manage external vendor deliverables</li>\n <li>Organize and communicate information to key stakeholders; provide weekly status reports, and communicate milestone progress</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other Project Managers to follow PMO best practices and share experiences/expertise</li>\n <li>Ensure all project documentation is stored on the project site</li>\n <li>Follow compliance (SOX, PCI, PII) and security regulatory policies and standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent 6+ years of progressive responsibility in Technology roles focused on contributions to project deliverables </li>\n <li>Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment</li>\n <li>Prior experience with managing, tracking and monitoring several projects at a time </li>\n <li>Career focus on application implementations over infrastructure</li>\n <li>Familiar with project management/SCRUM tools and software (IE: Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Kanban boards)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership (non-manager) and ability to influence others to perform</li>\n <li>Self-motivated team player with positive attitude working in a team environment</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personalities</li>\n <li>Travel may be required</li>\n <li>Must be available to work onsite in Orlando, FL as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master</li>\n <li>PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of general mobile technologies, architecture and trends</li>\n <li>Previous Theme Park or Hospitality Industry experience a plus!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>GLOTECH, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.</strong></p>",
