      "content": "\n<li>Develop an understanding of how new tanks are built which will assist in learning how to complete repair, injection and retrofit projects and apply&nbsp;problem solving skills in order to make recommendations for repairs.</li>\n<li>Erect and dismantle shoring, scaffolding and staging.</li>\n<li>Apply coatings to tanks such as Tamoseal and Tammscoat.</li>\n<li>Prestressed wire removal and replacement utilizing wire stressing techniques.</li>\n<li>Install and repair Appurtenances to include ladders, hatches, and vents.</li>\n<li>Chlorinates tanks utilizing standard chlorination procedures.</li>\n<li>Assists the supervisor in all Type I and/or Type III tank building activities.</li>\n<li>Participate in the DN Safety Program and follow all safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Take personal responsibility with maintaining a clean, well-organized and hazard free work&nbsp;area.</li>\n<li>Become familiar with drawings, construction manual, and quality control manual in line with work you are performing.</li>\n<li>Establishes and executes DN University training goals with assistance from the Field Operations</li>\n<li>Manager.</li>\n<li>Plan safety into each operation and identify and remediate hazards immediately as part of the task without being asked.</li>\n"
