The role involves bridging business requirements with technical implementation, focusing on data analysis, cloud platforms, and system integrations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>100% WFO</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>Business & Requirements Analysis</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications</p></li>\n <li><p>Create user stories, use cases, and workflows</p></li>\n <li><p>Work closely with stakeholders to validate requirements</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>SQL & Data Analysis</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform data validation, profiling, and reconciliation</p></li>\n <li><p>Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights</p></li>\n <li><p>Support reporting and dashboard requirements</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Cloud & Technical Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform</p></li>\n <li><p>Understand cloud-based data services (data lakes, data warehouses like Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, BigQuery)</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud data pipelines and ETL processes</p></li>\n <li><p>Analyze system integrations and APIs</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Documentation & Process Modeling</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Prepare BRD, FRD, and technical documentation</p></li>\n <li><p>Create data flow diagrams, ER diagrams, and process maps</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM)</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives)</p></li>\n <li><p>Support UAT, QA testing, and defect tracking</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field</p></li>\n <li><p>6 to 8 years of experience as a Technical BA or Data Analyst/BA</p></li>\n <li><p>Certifications (optional but valuable):</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>AWS / Azure / GCP certifications</p></li>\n   <li><p>CBAP / CCBA</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential skills</h2>\n<h3><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Strong SQL skills (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning)</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and system integrations</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Tools & Technologies</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>SQL tools: SSMS, DBeaver, or similar</p></li>\n <li><p>BI/Reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau</p></li>\n <li><p>Agile tools: Jira, Confluence</p></li>\n <li><p>Diagram tools: Visio, Lucidchart</p></li>\n</ul>",
