In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with our business members through by providing commercial credit and cash management solutions to meet their needs. You will play a crucial role in promoting our business-banking services to existing and potential members. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of the member’s history, current status and goals through proactive monitoring and management of business relationships, gathering essential information to assess business needs and credit worthiness.</li>\n<li>Offer tailored financial advice to foster long-term member relationships, with consistent follow-ups and referrals for credit union products and services.</li>\n<li>Underwrite and recommend loans for approval that align with established authority levels, ensuring informed decision making.</li>\n<li>Manage a portfolio consisting of up to $50M and up to approximately 125 business borrowers, focusing on daily decisions, new credit requests, annual reviews, risk mitigation while emphasizing business development and member retention to achieve set portfolio targets.</li>\n<li>Oversee moderately complex business, commercial and agricultural accounts with lending needs ranging from $250K and $1M ensuring effective management of daily operational decisions and annual reviews.</li>\n<li>Maintain accountability for following up on delinquent accounts and implementing systematic collection procedure of problem accounts, promptly initiating or recommending appropriate action to minimize risk.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-weight: bold\">More About You</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>To qualify for this role, you will need at least <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3 years of business lending experience.</span> A university degree in a business-related field or experience in lieu of education. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>You have an understanding of credit granting and Business Banking products.
