In this role, you’ll support the planning and design of critical water, wastewater, and stormwater systems—gaining hands-on experience while working alongside experienced engineers and project teams. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical foundation, explore diverse infrastructure projects, and make a meaningful contribution from the start of your career.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for water/wastewater system rehabilitation projects</li>\n <li>Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates </li>\n <li>Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for water/wastewater system optimization</li>\n <li>Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of water/wastewater systems</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required</li>\n <li>No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred</li>\n <li>Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred</li>\n <li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Gain exposure to fieldwork and technical problem-solving in critical water/wastewater infrastructure</li>\n <li>Flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel</li>\n <li>Make a real impact by helping deliver reliable, resilient, and sustainable water/wastewater systems to communities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Water/Wastewater team is doing?
