You will support a wide range of day-to-day commercial activities and play an important role in helping the team deliver high-quality, timely, and commercially focused support across the business.</p>\n<p>This is a varied role that will provide exposure to commercial operations, bid and tender activity, client onboarding, due diligence, and business development support.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Table of Reference (TOR), and deliverables</li>\n<li>Lead Expressions of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification activities</li>\n<li>Review contracts and agreements, identifying key negotiation points and challenges</li>\n<li>Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence processes</li>\n<li>Maintain memberships and subscriptions</li>\n<li>Support the onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register</li>\n<li>Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides</li>\n<li>Collaborate on business development event summaries and presentation materials</li>\n<li>Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments</li>\n<li>Issue and maintain Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) statistics, forms, and documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and experience</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines</li>\n<li>Good MS Office skills</li>\n<li>Strong administrative and technical capability</li>\n<li>Good attention to detail and the ability to interpret instructions accurately</li>\n<li>A well-organised and proactive approach</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>A flexible, team-focused mindset</li>\n<li>A willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the wider team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Why Join Us?</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>This is an exciting opportunity for a driven<span> Commercial Analyst</span></span></span><span><span><span> </span>to<span> </span></span><span>showcase</span><span><span> </span>their<span> </span></span><span>expertise</span><span><span> </span>in a supportive and collaborative environment.
