Titan Machinery is looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Associate to help maintain a safe, functional, and professional environment for our employees and customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance, preventative upkeep, and minor repairs throughout our facility. If you're a hands-on individual who values safety, quality, and variety in your workday, we'd love to hear from you.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs</li>\n <li>Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and ballasts</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues</li>\n <li>Repair walls, flooring, ceiling tiles, doors, locks, and other building components</li>\n <li>Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns</li>\n <li>Assist with preventative maintenance programs for building systems</li>\n <li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members</li>\n <li>Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies</li>\n <li>Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed</li>\n <li>Support exterior building maintenance as needed</li>\n <li>Document completed maintenance activities and work orders</li>\n <li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Required:</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of general maintenance or facilities experience</li>\n <li>Clean Driving Record</li>\n <li>Ability to use hand and power tools safely</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills </li>\n <li>Organizational and multi-tasking ability</li>\n <li>Exemplifies Titan Machinery’s Core Values</li>\n <li>Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Titan Machinery provides a generous part time compensation package including the following:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) with company matching on your FIRST DAY of employment </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Learn more about our benefits here: https://www.titanmachinery.com/titancareers/careers/benefits</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Titan reserves the right to adjust compensation based on factors including but not limited to: scope and geography of the position, qualifications and experience of candidates, and other business and operational conditions. </em><em>Titan Machinery is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer: Women, Minorities, the Disabled and Veterans are encouraged to apply.</em></p>",
