This role oversees regulatory reporting, permit management, and compliance monitoring to protect public health and the environment while supporting operational excellence.</p><p><br><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Benefits</span></strong></p><p><em>Overall remuneration including:</em></p><ul><li>Health Insurance, Dental, Vision &amp; Telemedicine;</li><li>Health Savings Account;</li><li>Life Insurance;</li><li>401K Retirement Plan with Employer Contributions;</li><li>Paid Vacation &amp; Sick Days;</li><li>Annual Bonus Program.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Day-to-Day</span></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable water and wastewater regulations, including but not limited to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), Clean Water Act (CWA), NPDES permits, and state-specific requirements;</li><li>Manage and maintain all regulatory permits for water and wastewater facilities;</li><li>Strategic periodic review of state and federal mandated sampling, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of regulatory submissions;</li><li>Identify compliance risks and work with the Regional Area Managers to ensure corrective action plans are in place to address deficiencies or violations;</li><li>Track regulatory changes and proactively assess their impact on operations;</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs;</li><li>Provide compliance guidance and training to operations and management staff;</li><li>Investigate and track compliance issues, excursions, and violations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Skills We Are Looking for</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred);</li><li>5+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater compliance<ins cite=\"mailto:Diane%20Schober\" datetime=\"2026-01-14T11:34\">&nbsp;</ins>and regulatory affairs;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of federal and state water and wastewater regulations;</li><li>Experience with regulatory reporting systems and compliance tracking tools (examples: EPA ECHO; NetDMR, NeTSSO);</li><li>Ability to interpret permits, regulations, and technical data;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities;</li><li>Experience working directly with regulatory agencies.<br><br><img src=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/cccustom/Client/Recruitment/growwithh2o_fc156baf-db44-4870-9838-08b63c3000f8.png\" style=\"width: 230px;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib\"><br><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">#INDEED</span></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
