Description

We are seeking an experienced, self-directed Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) professional to lead day-to-day safety operations at our Fountain Inn facility. This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate will possess the experience and judgment necessary to operate independently and effectively from day one. You will be the face of EHS on the production floor, managing compliance activities, leading incident investigations, maintaining our JHA program, and providing the operational continuity that allows EHS leadership to focus on systems-level strategy and organizational improvement. The right candidate has deep hands-on manufacturing experience, an instinct for hazard recognition, and the credibility to build trust with technicians, engineers, and leadership alike. You bring rigor to compliance work, professionalism to contractor interactions, and a continuous improvement mindset to everything in between.
