You will take ownership of key components, troubleshoot complex production issues, and contribute to improving system reliability and engineering practices.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Investigate and resolve production issues across Progress-based applications</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes</li><li>Develop and enhance application components using Progress (OpenEdge)</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and performance</li><li>Maintain high standards of code quality, clarity, and documentation</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and engineering practices</li></ul><p>You will work in a collaborative environment where ideas are shared openly and continuous learning is encouraged.
