From our industry-leading minimum price guarantee to farmers, to our 100% solar powered roastery, 5% Giving program, and embracing a healthy work-life balance for all staff, we’re working to do our part.</span></p>\n<p><br><span>We're seeking collaborative, curious, and kind people to join us and to build our collective future, </span><em><span>together</span></em><span>.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><em>Please note: This is a temporary role with an approximate 6-month duration.</em></p>\n<p><span>The Production Team Member position plays an essential role in carrying out the central endeavor of Wonderstate Coffee: providing customers with exceptional, fresh coffee. Primary responsibilities include support tasks such as labeling and counting bags, efficiently and precisely filling empty bags with appropriate coffee, meticulously fulfilling orders to match invoices, and keeping all warehouse and work spaces clean and organized.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure consistent, efficient and timely completion of all steps in the order fulfillment process including labeling, filling bags, fulfilling orders against invoices, inventory management, organization, and special projects.</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete production start up and shut down processes efficiently and accurately each day.</span></li>\n<li><span>Take inventory and ensure appropriate level of products, supplies and merchandise are staged and available each day.</span></li>\n<li><span>Follow protocols for handling raw and finished goods, including meeting strict organic standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare green coffee for roasting and roasted coffee for blending as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a clean, sanitary and well-organized workspace.</span></li>\n<li><span>Honor relationships within the team, give and receive feedback respectfully, express gratitude to others, and actively contributes to a positive team environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Exemplify the core values of Wonderstate Coffee</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform tangential tasks as needed such as deliveries, roasting support, comfortable working from elevated heights, and preventative maintenance tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage special projects as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements &amp; Desired Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Highly reliable, consistent, dependable</span></li>\n<li><span>Works well on a team and is also self motivated.</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicates respectfully, clearly and promptly.</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with Microsoft and Google suites, including Excel</span></li>\n<li><span>Enjoys a fast-paced environment and continually works to find new efficiencies. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to bring joy to team members and engage with our community.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong attention to detail, works with a high level of accuracy and a dedication to excellence.</span></li>\n<li><span>Passion for ethically sourced, organic, specialty coffee.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Previous experience in a production or kitchen environment preferred, but not required</span></li>\n<li><span>Satisfactory driving record</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Start Date: Early May (exact date to be confirmed)</span></li>\n<li><span>Duration: Approximately 6 months</span></li>\n<li>Employment Type: Temporary</li>\n<li><span>Location: Roastery in Viroqua, WI</span></li>\n<li><span>Availability: 6:30am-5:00pm, Monday - Thursday (some flexibility)</span></li>\n<li><span>Schedule: 4 x 10 hour days Monday - Thursday (some flexibility) </span></li>\n<li><span>Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, for consecutive days per week.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other duties</span></p>\n<p><span>Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><em>Wonderstate is an equal opportunity employer.  We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.</em></span></p>",
