    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>General Summary:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>Our Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work in our beautiful Lakewood, Colorado facility, supporting learners from 36 months to 21 years of age. We focus on individualized programming grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity. RBTs provide 1:1 support to clients while being fully integrated into an interdisciplinary team that includes fellow RBTs, BCBAs, and RSPs&mdash;ensuring collaboration and ongoing support every step of the way.</p><p>We offer a comprehensive, in-depth training program built around a three-tier learning model: observing, role-playing- and implementing, all with guidance from an experienced RBT trainer and/or BCBA.
