This includes utilizing these systems to troubleshoot, repair, and improve the facilities&rsquo; production processes.</p><p><strong>Description of Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Troubleshoot, PLC ladder logic, HMI displays, I/O configuration, and process data trending systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize PLC ladder logic and trending systems to assist in troubleshooting of production processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in identifying and root cause analysis of equipment failures and process upsets.</li><li>Troubleshoot and configure DC and AC drives.</li><li>Troubleshoot, revise, and configure process instrumentation, including but not limited to load cells and level sensors. Assist with specification of these same items.</li><li>As part of the MOC program, <span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;' data-pasted=\"true\">assist with training for</span> Operations and Maintenance personnel on changes to control systems and interfaces and on how these changes may affect process control.</li><li>Work with schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot systems.</li><li>Work with operators, engineers, and management to identify and implement process improvements.</li><li>Support engineering projects including trials and installation.</li><li>Perform electrical wiring (pulling, terminating, labeling), including field wiring.</li><li>Design and build necessary parts and electrical panels.</li><li>Work with contractors and vendors as needed.</li><li>Respond to building and process emergencies.</li><li>Perform scheduled maintenance according to scheduled shutdowns.</li><li>Participate in daily maintenance crossover meetings to prioritize and assign work.</li><li>Maintain good housekeeping in maintenance department and after completing jobs.</li><li>Maintain responsibility for working in a safe manner and following all HS&amp;E regulations, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Perform other Maintenance tasks as needed, including both electrical and mechanical.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Completed Apprenticeship&nbsp;</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Minimum of an associate degree in a technical field or 5 years comparable experience.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in a manufacturing environment in a position of similar duties.</li><li>Working knowledge of PLC&rsquo;s, preferably Allen Bradley including ladder logic.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of DC drives, AC drives, servos, and stepper motors/controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of instrumentation/controls such as load cells, level sensors, pressure transducers, thermocouples.</li><li>Thorough understanding of control loops, including PID control scenarios.</li><li>Drawing, redlining, and blueprint reading skills.</li><li>Computer literacy for word processing and other business applications.</li><li>Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including both verbal and writing communications.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, including sharing thoughts, receiving input from others, and working with others.</li></ul><p><strong>Special Skills:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., climb ladders, operate variety of hand tools, and operate a forklift.</li><li>Must be able to work either individually or as part of a team.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
