Regardless of how, when or where you want to fly, our mission is simple; deliver a premium, personalized aviation experience for every customer.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing</strong> </p>\n<p>In this role, the Director, Corporate FP&A (Chamblee, GA) will own enterprise-level financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and liquidity analysis. This position is responsible for delivering accurate, decision-ready forecasts across the P&L and cash flow, maintaining high-quality financial models, and providing clear insights to senior leadership. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Director, Corporate FP&A reports to the VP, FP&A and manages one FP&A team member. This is a hands-on leadership role that emphasizes forecast accuracy, analytical rigor, and disciplined financial processes, while partnering closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Financial Planning, Forecasting & Liquidity</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate and prepare the annual budget and rolling forecast, and long-range planning. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Own cash flow and liquidity forecasting, including short- and medium-term outlooks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify, assess, and track key financial and operational performance indicators. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build, maintain, and optimize financial models to evaluate business initiatives, capital investments, and potential growth opportunities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly management reports for senior leadership, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance metrics. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee financial modeling related to business initiatives, capital investments, and other strategic projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Management Reporting & Executive Support</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate and prepare the monthly management reporting packages with clear variance explanations, trend analysis, and financial performance metrics. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Translate complex financial results into concise, executive-level insights and recommendations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support executive and Board-level materials related to corporate financial performance and liquidity. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement & Systems</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strengthen FP&A processes, forecasting cadence, and model governance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve financial outcomes, monitor progress, and report on results. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate in an Excel-centric FP&A environment supported by NetSuite. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Improve forecast accuracy, documentation, and repeatability through standardization, automation and best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>People Leadership</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and develop one FP&A professional through coaching, feedback, and prioritization. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Set clear analytical standards and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Encourage a collaborative work environment that promotes continuous improvement, analytical rigor and professional growth </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements</strong> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis at the corporate level. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with cash flow and liquidity forecasting. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with NetSuite strongly preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with communicating financial insights clearly to senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Extras We Value (Preferred Requirements)</strong> </p>\n<p>While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar credential. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior people management experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder or public-company environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong> </p>\n<p>We want to make sure you’re fully equipped for success. The salary for this role ranges from $181,000 to $192,500/Yr., depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table.
