The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.</p>\n<p><strong>Pay and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location.</li>\n <li>Pension / Retirement benefits&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.</li>\n <li><strong>DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).&nbsp;</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The impact you will have in this role:</strong></p>\n<p>The&nbsp;Associate Director/Senior Manager - ServiceNow Engineering&nbsp;will be part of the Engineering team responsible for development and support of the ServiceNow products - ITSM, and ITOM, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Operational ITIL Processes, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Mgmt., and System Integrations<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage development and implementation of applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage team of engineers (developers and testers) to design, develop, test automation and delivery of high-quality products on ServiceNow platform&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Product owners, Business Analysts and collaborators to provide engineering and architectural expertise to solution design&nbsp;Provide engineering expertise on ServiceNow platform to Product Team and collaboratorss to influence and drive platform adoption</li>\n <li>Manage and support execution of releases, product upgrades and technology deployments&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide level-3 support to address critical incidents and manage day-to-day activities of the Engineering team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead/represent team in Agile Scrum ceremonies, SDLC process management and be accountable for project deliverables&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Own and drive Engineering roadmap, work across organization and exercise influence to ensure commitment to internal/external collaborators and product quality&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Produce engineering metrics and drive efficiency in SDLC processes/teams&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for staffing, mentoring, and maintaining high performing engineering team&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with onshore/offshore team environment across US/India time zones&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Talents needed for Success:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>12+ years managing software development teams, with 4&amp;#43; years in ServiceNow&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of Service platform architecture, releases, and best practices</li>\n <li>Expertise in IT Service Management, ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and ATF</li>\n <li>5+ years with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs</li>\n <li>Advanced experience with ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications/Flow Designer/IHUB</li>\n <li>Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Development (CAD)</li>\n <li>SDLC and Agile methodologies expertise</li>\n <li>Skilled in managing multiple priorities and project deliverables</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly to various audiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>IT Asset Management and Operations Management&nbsp;</li>\n <li>ServiceNow: AI/ML, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, AI Search</li>\n <li>Certifications: ServiceNow CIS – ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, CTA</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
