This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while supporting daily bottling operations and meeting production goals. The role offers hands-on experience with industrial equipment, opportunities for continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams to deliver award-winning products.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 2-2-3 work schedule. Openings on day shift (5:20 am - 5:30 pm) and night shift (5:20pm - 5:30 am). </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate, troubleshoot, change over, and perform basic maintenance on bottling line equipment including fillers, cappers, decasers, and case packers.</li>\n <li>Perform quality inspections, labeling, case packing, and documentation to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</li>\n <li>Support daily production goals by following SOPs, food safety standards, and best practices while maintaining a clean and organized work area.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance bottling line performance through continuous improvement efforts.</li>\n <li>Provide guidance and support to temporary team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience operating industrial or bottling/manufacturing equipment.</li>\n <li>Experience following SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, or food safety standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
