We go beyond expectations — mitigating risks, reducing financial obligations, and maximizing value for our clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join SECURE, where we step up to make a meaningful difference in the industries we serve and the world we share.</p>\n<h2>Your Opportunity at SECURE</h2>\n<p>As our Industrial Mechanic, reporting to the Shop Supervisor, this position will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of all SECURE-owned equipment.</p>\n<p><strong>This role is based out of Leduc, Alberta. </strong></p>\n<h2>The Team</h2>\n<p>Join a skilled and collaborative maintenance team that plays a critical role in keeping SECURE's equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. This team values safety, accountability, and teamwork, where members support one another, share technical expertise, and take pride in delivering high-quality work that directly impacts operational success.</p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>This position is based full-time in our Leduc shop, with opportunities to work on a diverse range of rotating and stationary equipment in a hands-on industrial environment. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, mechanical problem-solving, computer proficiency for maintenance records and equipment tracking, and the ability to work effectively with team members while managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.</p>\n<h2>A Day in The Life</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and interpret drawings</li>\n <li>Plan and execute repairs to rental fleet equipment</li>\n <li>Execute and analyze predictive and preventive maintenance programs</li>\n <li>Install, maintain, and repair rotating and stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform preventative and operational maintenance using procedures such as vibration analysis, and repair or replace defective parts when necessary.</li>\n <li>Maintain equipment history and maintenance records. </li>\n <li>Ensure all work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner according to guidelines and regulations</li>\n <li>Provide technical recommendations</li>\n <li>Assist with the material management group</li>\n <li>Assist with warehouse stock optimization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience & Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Grade 12 or equivalent education</li>\n <li>Registered Millwright Apprentice or Journeyperson Millwright Certification. </li>\n <li>1–3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry is considered an asset. </li>\n <li>Rotating mechanical equipment maintenance</li>\n <li>Preventive maintenance experience</li>\n <li>Machining experience or qualifications is considered an asset</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and customer service</li>\n <li>Valid safety tickets: (H2S, Confined Space, Forklift, First Aid, WHMIS, TDG, and PST)</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently perform the job productively under tight deadlines</li>\n <li>Must have positive communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Flexible working hours and schedule are required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What's in it for you</h2>\n<p>At SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
