regular travel is an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">essential</span> part of this role. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MUST</span> already hold a current International Passport in order to be considered for this role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking an experienced<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Systems Installation Engineer</span><span> </span>to provide remote and in-person support to our field installation teams and subcontractors.  Your role will be to create, review and check electrical installation schematics and plans for a wide variety of equipment ranging from a maritime surveillance radar, to a genset, or CCTV security and building monitoring systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Your job as our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Systems Installation Engineer </span>will entail reviewing proposed engineering designs proposed by sub-contractors, inspecting and reviewing completed work to ensure quality standards and completing reports, and training and coaching field engineers both remotely and onsite to conduct work to the highest quality standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities </span>- <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Systems Installation Engineer </span>(not exhaustive):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and approve proposed electrical installation configurations for a variety of equipment that rely upon electrical utility and power systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Physically oversee and or undertake installations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Train and coach field engineering teams to ensure high quality and consistent workmanship.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help build and maintain standard work procedures and standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review equipment installations, identify issues and propose remedial work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Where relevant, deeply understand equipment installation and configuration requirements to enable correct commissioning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all installations comply with technical standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all integrated systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Document installation procedures and generate detailed reports for project stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help to devise and define long term maintenance programs that ensure systems and equipment are operate optimally and reliably.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements </span>- <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Systems Installation Engineer </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL</span> - Proven experience in electrical installations – for example integrated CCTV and building monitoring systems, building power systems and or communication towers - minimum 5 years in a senior/leadership position</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL</span> - Strong understanding of electrical standards, safety regulations, and networking fundamentals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL -</span> Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, server rack layouts, and technical drawings, schematics, standards and specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL</span><span> </span>- Professional English language -
