This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career with Lanes Group, working closely with one of our most exciting clients and contributing to their AMP8 objectives.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Working Hours &amp; Location</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary</span>: £26,280.07 per annum</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift pattern:<span> Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><span> </span>Bradford</span><br></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Holidays:</span> 24 days holiday + Bank holidays</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>About the role:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Working with the Planning Team Leader and a wider team of Planners, you will ensure work is coordinated and scheduled efficiently for our Field Operatives. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>As a Planner, you will be:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>With a ‘Right First Time’ approach, plan preventive, planned and re-active maintenance within contractual SLAs, whilst optimising travel routes and field productivity</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Keeping track of Ops non-completions throughout the day and planning top-up work to meet the completion targets.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working closely with stores/supervisors </span><span>in order to</span><span> plan and complete jobs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Answering and resolving customer enquiries and </span><span>demonstrating</span><span> ownership of the problem</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Building effective working relationships with the field operations.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required by the Planning Team Leader.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working closely with the </span><span>key Operational stakeholders</span><span> to </span><span>identify</span><span> and rectify issues whilst improving the effectiveness of the operations department.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Engage </span><span>with external and internal customers in scheduled meetings</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work with teams to enhance data quality in work promotion and scheduling to drive continuous improvement.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain </span><span>timely</span><span> and </span><span>accurate</span><span> input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner. This may include keeping the client and management team informed of any ongoing incidents or events.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>You will ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved, to both external and internal customers, providing excellent customer satisfaction.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Skills</span><span>, </span><span>behaviours</span><span> and </span><span>qualifications</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experienced </span><span>Planner</span><span>, preferably in the Utilities Industry</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Fantastic Attention to Detail</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Experience of working within a </span><span>fast-paced</span><span> environment would be a</span><span>n advantage</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Competent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Customer focused with the desire to provide a fantastic customer </span><span>experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong understanding of reactive wastewater network maintenance, including repair and survey processes</span><span> would be an advantage.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to analyse and </span><span>validate</span><span> operational data to ensure </span><span>accurate</span><span> scheduling.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience managing works requiring customer access and traffic management considerations</span><span> would be an advantage.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with scheduling software and operational planning tools used within </span><span>the </span><span>water industry contracts</span><span> would be an advantage.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is open to Internal and External candidates.  Any internal candidates currently employed within a division of the Lanes Group must complete an Internal Application form and submit to recruitment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>The Lanes Group plc comprises of a range of established service providers subsidiaries, which complement the specialist service of Lanes, by both work type and geography.
