Our Al Khobar Office is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Graduate to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: The Business Graduate will join the regional operations team, gaining hands-on experience across key departments such as Administration, Commercial, Coordination, Inspection, Key Account Management, and HR. This role provides exposure to our global business model and services, including Third-Party Inspection, Expediting, AIM, and Technical Staffing Solutions. Working alongside regional teams and leadership, you will support daily operations, cross-functional projects, and learn how our offices in the Middle East and worldwide collaborate to deliver client-focused solutions. Main Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Support day-to-day operations within the Al Khobar office and assist regional teams. Help with general administration tasks, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping. Learn about Fulkrum’s business model and the roles of different departments, including Coordination, Commercial, Inspection, HR, and Business Development. Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to gain a holistic understanding of the business. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and data for internal and client use. Provide ad-hoc support to the management team as required. Relevant Skills & Competencies Technical & Administrative Skills Strong understanding of service order management and contract execution processes. Experience with SLA monitoring, performance metrics, and compliance tracking. Proficiency in documentation control, reporting, and dashboard management (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools). Analytical & Coordination Skills Ability to analyze deviations, identify risks, and support timely closure actions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Capable of coordinating across departments and liaising with clients. Communication & Professional Skills Clear written and verbal communication for client updates and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments. Professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability. HSE Awareness: All personnel are informed of Fulkrum's Health and Safety policy and procedures during the onboarding process. Any HSE incidents must be reported and logged with the QHSE Manager, who will oversee and support any subsequent investigations. Why Join Us?
