The role of an Operations Lead is to assist in the development and performance of the Carrier Sales Representatives &amp; Specialists within the Brokerage Team. You will also be responsible for collaborating with both the Operations Managers &amp; the Director of Logistics to implement directives that align with overall goals &amp; sales objectives both on an individual &amp; team performance level.
