    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Regional HR Manager</strong>, you’ll assist in building the foundation to support our business and workforce. You will serve as a high-level consultant to management within your region on Human Resources-related issues, and you’ll act as a change agent to foster the development of an employee-oriented company culture that embodies our organization’s vision, mission, and culture. HR plays an important role in all businesses, but as a true partner in 48forty, the Regional HR Manager is vital to the success of our overall business! </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Formulate partnerships across the business function(s) and HR to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization</li>\n <li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues - conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations</li>\n <li>Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to field management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)</li>\n <li>Consult often with field management, providing HR guidance when appropriate</li>\n <li>Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies</li>\n <li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance, in many states, including California, partnering with our Legal department as needed</li>\n <li>Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, to build morale, and to increase productivity and retention</li>\n <li>Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all employees</li>\n <li>Deliver guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning</li>\n <li>Identify training needs for assigned locations and individual executive coaching needs</li>\n <li>Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, then follow up to ensure training objectives are met</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Need</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field</li>\n <li>HR Certification (SHRM/PHR) preferred</li>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of labor legislation, including California</li>\n <li>3-5 years HR business partner experience required</li>\n <li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred</li>\n <li>Broad working knowledge of all aspects of HR functions and business processes </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n <li>Proficient in Data Analytics, Microsoft Office and general computer skills </li>\n <li>Strong planning and execution skills</li>\n <li>Solid cross-functional collaboration and communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong writing, interpersonal and presentation skills </li>\n <li>Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay – Access to your earned wages before payday! </li>\n <li>Referral Bonuses </li>\n <li>Long-Term Career Advancement</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off </li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, AD&D, and Short-Term & Long-Term Disability insurance for Eligible Full Time Employees </li>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan </li>\n <li>Great Team Environment </li>\n <li>FREE Onsite Gym</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It's Like</h2>\n<p>48forty Solutions is the largest pallet management services company in North America!
