The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver <strong>scalable, event-driven solutions</strong>. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, Team &amp; architecture ownership, and the ability to guide teams through the full development lifecycle.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Architecture and Design</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect and design microservices-based payment solutions using Spring Boot.</li>\n <li>Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns.</li>\n <li>Apply domain-driven design (DDD) across payment bounded contexts.</li>\n <li>Own architecture for core payment flows: authorization, capture, refund, chargeback, and settlement.</li>\n <li>Design integrations with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, ACH, SWIFT) and payment gateways.</li>\n <li>Architect for PCI-DSS compliance, tokenization, and encryption.</li>\n <li>Define idempotency and exactly-once processing patterns for payment accuracy.</li>\n <li>Design reconciliation frameworks across internal ledgers and external processors.</li>\n <li>Ensure PCI-DSS, SOX, and PSD2/SCA compliance across payment solutions.</li>\n <li>Define OAuth 2.0, mTLS, and certificate-based security patterns.</li>\n <li>Conduct threat modeling and security reviews.</li>\n <li>Leadership &amp; Delivery</li>\n <li>Mentor development teams and conduct architecture reviews.</li>\n <li>Define CI/CD standards in Azure DevOps with zero-downtime deployment strategies.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Product and Business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.</li>\n <li>Maintain architecture decision records (ADRs) and the technical roadmap.</li>\n <li>Develop <strong>reference architectures</strong>, reusable components, and <strong>best practice frameworks</strong> for microservices and event streaming.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Payments Domain Expertise</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Security &amp; Compliance</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Hands-on Development and Technical Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead by example through <strong>hands-on coding, code reviews, and POC development</strong>.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with development teams to <strong>translate business requirements</strong> into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.</li>\n <li>Ensure <strong>high code quality</strong>, proper design patterns, and <strong>best practices</strong> are followed across teams.</li>\n <li>Work closely with <strong>DevOps teams</strong> to build <strong>automated CI/CD pipelines</strong> using <strong>Azure DevOps</strong>, <strong>GitHub Actions</strong>, or <strong>Jenkins</strong>.</li>\n <li>Conduct <strong>technical evaluations, architecture reviews</strong>, and participate in <strong>solution governance forums</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership and Delivery</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and mentor engineering teams through design, development, and deployment phases.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Support teams.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.</li>\n <li>Conduct architecture reviews, POCs, and solution governance activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Java</strong>, <strong>Spring Boot</strong>, <strong>Spring Security</strong>, and <strong>RESTful API development</strong>.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of <strong>microservices architecture</strong>, <strong>Domain-Driven Design (DDD)</strong>, <strong>CQRS</strong>, and <strong>event sourcing</strong>.</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>containerization (Docker)</strong> and <strong>orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS)</strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong experience with <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, <strong>infrastructure as code</strong>, and <strong>automation frameworks</strong>.</li>\n <li>Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and system design skills.</li>\n <li>Strong collaboration skills across <strong>DevOps, Security, and Product</strong> teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
