    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Engineers </span>will be the technical representative for Element at the job site. Engineers will have a thorough knowledge of hydraulic fracturing principles and operations to help assist the on-site operational staff. They will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed to customers request and promote customer relations in the field. Element is a growing company with plenty of opportunity to develop and further your career.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Duties</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interacts with the customers at the job site and assists in providing any technical or operational solutions</li>\n<li>Operates real time monitoring software in the datavan</li>\n<li>Performs and oversees QAQC fluid testing in the lab and on location</li>\n<li>Track inventory of fluids, chemical, and proppant at the job site</li>\n<li>Performs mathematical calculations as required for stimulation operations</li>\n<li>Records job information into excel workbook</li>\n<li>Prepares and distributes reports and post well summaries</li>\n<li>Responsible for billing customer for services and materials</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot fluid, computer, and operational issues</li>\n<li>Assist operations with rig up/rig down procedures as needed</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s in Engineering or Math and Science related degrees preferred, but not required</li>\n<li>Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs</li>\n<li>Must have strong computer skills</li>\n<li>Willing to work a rotational schedule in the field</li>\n<li>Satisfactory driving record</li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication abilities</li>\n<li>Effective decision-making skills</li>\n<li>High level of personal integrity</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Positive Attitude</li>\n<li>Able to work with little supervision</li>\n<li>Able to work effectively in a diverse working environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Preferred Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>&gt;1 year of oil and gas industry experience</li>\n<li>1–2 years of hydraulic fracturing experience</li>\n<li>Experience with Power BI, SpotFire, Python, or other data analysis tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Conditions</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rotation schedules vary (14/14, 20/10, 14/7)</li>\n<li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n<li>Travel to off-site locations required</li>\n<li>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) e.g. coveralls, steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.</li>\n<li>Hazards associated with the trade</li>\n<li>Working outdoors in all weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>$70,000 - $100,000/year base salary DOE </span></li>\n<li><span>Daily Per Diem</span></li>\n<li><span>Quarterly Bonuses</span></li>\n<li><span>Performance Incentives</span></li>\n<li><span>Medical, Dental, Vision, </span></li>\n<li><span>Voluntary Life Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span>Employee Basic Life and AD&amp;D Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span>401 (k) Retirement Plan, plus a company match </span></li>\n</ul>",
