          "text": "<p>The <strong>Packaging Palletizer Operator&#xa0;</strong>loads cartons, carriers, partitions onto carton assembler, carrier erector, partition inserter and sees that these machines and line conveyors continue to operate and function as designed to do.<strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>The Packaging Palletizer Operator will:&#xa0;</strong>&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Turn&#xa0;off equipment in case of malfunction and notifies supervisor or Maintenance. Check&#xa0;for tab locks.</li><li>Unjam&#xa0;machines and conveyors by stopping it and removing materials.</li><li>Inspect&#xa0;and observe&#xa0;cartons, carriers, partitions for obvious defects, check&#xa0;fiber tears and Glue Pattern; notify&#xa0;supervisor of any defects found and records on carton quality check sheet.&#xa0; Discard&#xa0;defective cartons to waste bins.</li><li>Remove&#xa0;wrap and straps from pallet load, cut&#xa0;bands. Unload&#xa0;cartons and carriers from pallets.</li><li>Checks and keeps automatic glue dispenser operating and filled with glue.</li></ul><p><strong>The Packaging Palletizer Operator should have:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work 12-hour, rotating shifts.</li></ul>",
