Green River is part of Lofted Spirits, one of the largest American Whiskey distillers in the U.S. For more information visit greenriverwhiskey.com.</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are looking for a reliable dishwasher to staff various shifts. &nbsp; The ideal candidate is committed to showing up on time for work, has a helpful attitude, gets along with other kitchen employees, and follows all sanitary and health-related protocols.</p><p><strong>Job Description/Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to operate an industrial dishwasher safely and rapidly.</li><li>Load and unload the dishwashing machine.</li><li>Wash glassware and various kitchen items by hand when necessary.</li><li>Strength and stamina required to lift loads and empty/clean all trash receptacles.</li><li>Ability to meticulously clean iced tea and coffee machines daily.</li><li>Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.</li><li>Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.</li><li>Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. dish detergents, soap, mops, brooms, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Remove garbage regularly and take to dumpster, plus clean garbage cans.</li><li>Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.</li><li>Commitment to all-around cleanliness, including dishwashing and dish storage areas.</li><li>Notify Chef any time dish machine washer or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.</li><li>Must always follow sanitation and safety policies.</li><li>Provide assistance to prep cook and other staff as needed, especially during peak hours.</li><li>Basic janitorial skills to clean up spills, broken glassware, etc. immediately.</li><li>Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to management.</li><li>Commitment for the Company&rsquo;s ISO program including the quality and food safety of our products.</li><li>Other Duties as assigned by management</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Job Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Ability to speak fluent English.</li><li>No experience is required but it is welcomed (training will be provided, as needed).</li><li>Commitment to working hard and being reliable.</li><li>A team player. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.</li><li>Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings, plus holidays.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Physical requirements:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Stands during entire shift. &nbsp;</li><li>Reaches, bends and stoops frequently.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to safely operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 25 lbs.</li><li>Able to work in hot and humid environment. &nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Our Company is committed to equal opportunity in all aspects of employment.
