Greenville University is seeking a Dean of Students to join our Student Integrated Success Team. The Dean of Students serves as a key member of the Student Development team and is responsible for fostering a campus environment where students are empowered to thrive academically, socially, spiritually, and personally. As a champion for student success, the Dean of Students provides vision, leadership, and oversight for student support services, residence life, student conduct, orientation programs, student engagement initiatives, and crisis response efforts. Through collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and families, the Dean of Students works to cultivate a campus culture where every student has the opportunity to be Seen. Known. Inspired. The Dean of Students promotes student belonging, retention, well-being, and leadership development while ensuring alignment with Greenville University's mission, values, and Christian identity.
