We provide the tools, training, and support needed to build deep expertise in a highly specialized area of law.</p><p>This role requires strong written communication, exceptional attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Draft and review settlement documents for workers&rsquo; compensation and general liability claims</li><li>Conduct pre-review and quality assurance of Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) reports</li><li>Prepare and submit MSA packages to the Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS) via the federal submission portal</li><li>Draft disputes and appeals related to Medicare conditional payment liens</li><li>Participate in client and internal calls regarding MSAs, Section 111 reporting, and conditional payment matters</li><li>Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including PowerPoint presentations</li><li>Communicate regularly with supervising attorneys regarding workload, deadlines, and case updates</li><li>Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to support client deliverables</li><li>Adhere to company policies, including confidentiality, compliance, and operational procedures</li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3 data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school</li><li>Active bar license (in good standing)</li><li>0-3 years legal experience</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities</li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat</li><li>Commitment to maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment</li></ul></span><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p><br></p></span><h3 data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>What We Offer You</strong></h3><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">We believe in supporting our team both professionally and personally.
