This role will support large-scale aviation capital improvement projects and be responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining detailed project schedules for complex terminal development, asset renewal, and airport improvement projects.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess strong Primavera P6 expertise, direct owner-side scheduling experience, and forensic schedule analysis experience supporting claims and delay assessments on large, complex infrastructure programs.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Education</span></span></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Certifications</span></span></p>\n<p>• PSP (Planning &amp; Scheduling Professional)<br>• PMP 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p>• 10+ years of scheduling experience supporting large-scale construction programs<br>• 5+ years of reporting and schedule coordination for multiple concurrent construction projects<br>• Direct forensic scheduling experience supporting claims analysis on projects valued at $200M+ with durations exceeding 3 years<br>• Experience supporting active aviation, transportation, heavy civil, vertical, and horizontal construction programs<br>• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project life cycles, and sequencing strategies<br>• Experience reviewing contractor and designer schedule submittals including baseline schedules, recovery schedules, TIA analyses, and as-built schedules<br>• Experience supporting Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Design-Build delivery methods<br>• Ability to evaluate contractor delay claims and assess potential owner liabilities<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Software / Technical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p>• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6<br>• Experience with Schedule Analyzer, Claims Digger, and Microsoft Project<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam<br>• Ability to develop KPI reporting and executive-level schedule analysis presentations</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p>• Review and analyze contractor and designer schedule submissions for compliance with contract requirements<br>• Perform independent schedule analysis and provide recommendations to owner representatives<br>• Review preliminary schedules, baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, recovery schedules, and time impact analyses<br>• Analyze project delays and support forensic schedule analysis efforts related to claims and dispute resolution<br>• Coordinate interface issues and scheduling impacts across multiple interdependent projects<br>• Facilitate schedule coordination between project teams, contractors, construction managers, and stakeholders<br>• Assist with change order reviews, claims analysis, and delay mitigation strategies<br>• Develop reports and presentations communicating schedule risks, delays, sequencing issues, and project status<br>• Support KPI development and reporting initiatives<br>• Maintain compliance with LAWA scheduling standards and activity coding structures<br>• Participate in project meetings, schedule review meetings, and executive briefings as required</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p>• Prior aviation or airport infrastructure experience strongly preferred<br>• Experience supporting large transportation or terminal development programs<br>• Experience representing owners on complex capital improvement programs<br>• Strong understanding of forensic schedule analysis methodologies including AACE RP-29</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p>• Must be able to work full-time on-site at LAX<br>• May be required to work evenings, weekends, or extended
