    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>RoviSys Building Technologies is looking for a Project Manager for our growing Building Automation team. PMs must have the ability to manage projects from start to finish, while leading a team of engineers at a high level. Experience with project financials, reporting, invoicing, procurement, drafting change orders, and coordination with customers.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Accountable for project margin and takes steps to increase the financial health of the project.</li>\n <li>Establish schedule for projects and carefully monitors project for completion.</li>\n <li>Accurately forecasting resources of their projects.</li>\n <li>Review and monitor potential sources of risk and strategies for mitigation.</li>\n <li>Presents Project Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to divisional Director/Group Manager.</li>\n <li>Responsible for project financials including but not limited to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Project Financial Reporting\n    <ul>\n     <li>Cost projections/cash flow reporting</li>\n    </ul></li>\n   <li>Monthly job Invoicing</li>\n   <li>Quantify and draft change orders</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Enforces quality plans for projects and monitors projects for quality throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n <li>Serves as the primary commercial contact for customers.</li>\n <li>Manages large projects and/or multiple concurrent projects.</li>\n <li>Determine causes of deviations from the project plan or schedule and the recommended corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Capable of negotiating Terms & Conditions with customers.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance to project team when required.</li>\n <li>Enforce use of engineering standards.</li>\n <li>Contributes to development of tools that facilitate project management.</li>\n <li>Participates and contributes to QMS.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates excellent communications, planning, organization, leadership, and motivation skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates the ability to balance project finances, customer satisfaction, and team development.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience – project management or technical lead</li>\n <li>Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)</li>\n <li>Microsoft Project </li>\n <li>Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of instrumentation and control valves for HVAC systems.</li>\n <li><p>Building automation and/or industrial controls experience (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation) is a plus</p></li>\n <li><p>Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Competitive Base Salary:</strong> $90,000–$140,000, depending on experience </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Performance Bonuses:</strong> Bonus structure designed to reward results </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Travel Perks:</strong> Travel incentives + per-diem packages for field assignments </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Full Benefits Package:</strong> Medical, dental, and vision coverage </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Retirement Ready:</strong> 401(k) with company match </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Time Off:</strong> Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal time </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Grow With Us:</strong><strong> </strong>Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support </p></li>\n</ul>",
