    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Visitation Catholic School is seeking two paraprofessional educators for the inclusive education program. &nbsp;Paras will work one-to-one with students who have special physical or educational needs. &nbsp;The ideal applicant is fulfilled by working with children and making a difference as part of a team.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>· Implement activities planned by classroom teacher or inclusive education coordinator.</p><p>· Bridge communication between classroom teacher and student’s parents.</p><p>· Based on child’s SEP (Student Education Plan) and teacher directives, implement modified curriculum activities to meet individual learning goals.</p><p>· Work with student individually, following him/her through the daily schedule.</p><p>· Provide for student’s social and emotional needs through respite activities and “brain breaks.”</p><p>· Advocate for the student with the inclusive education coordinator when the student’s program is not meeting her/his needs.</p><p>· Maintain records of all activities planned and completed.</p><p>· Provide daily records to inclusive education coordinator.</p><p>· Assist student with snacks and lunch as needed.</p><p>· Assist student with toileting as needed.</p><p>· Attend and participate in professional learning activities as assigned.</p><p>· Complete other assigned tasks.</p>",
