    "description": "<h2>Why This Role Is Critical</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly motivated I&C Project Licensing Lead to support I&C Framatome regulatory compliance and licensing activities with positive impact on the commercial nuclear operations of our global customers. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of the U.S. regulatory strategy, technical analysis, and digital tool governance.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates the planning and completion of IT projects with assigned business groups.</li>\n <li>Provides technical leadership of all aspects of the project, including technical design, setting of deadlines, assigning of responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress.</li>\n <li>Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.</li>\n <li>Prepares reports for upper management regarding project status.</li>\n</ul> \n<p>Regulatory Licensing & Compliance</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare, review, and submit licensing documents, including assisting our customers with License Amendment Requests (LARs), 10 CFR 50.59 evaluations, technical justifications, and regulatory correspondence.</li>\n <li>Interpret NRC regulations, guidance documents, and industry standards to ensure compliance across engineering and operational activities.</li>\n <li>Support global regulatory inspections, audits, and stakeholder interactions, providing clear technical explanations and documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Methods & Engineering Tools Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development, qualification, and maintenance of analytical methods, digital tools, and software used in licensing and regulatory evaluations.</li>\n <li>Oversee configuration control, version management, and documentation for licensing-related tools (e.g., safety analysis codes, workflow systems, data management platforms).</li>\n <li>Coordinate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure tools meet regulatory expectations for software quality assurance (SQA) and traceability.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to modernize licensing workflows through automation, improved data structures, or enhanced analytical capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical & Cross-Functional Support</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with engineering disciplines (nuclear, mechanical, electrical, safety analysis) to ensure licensing requirements are integrated into plant modifications and design changes.</li>\n <li>Provide technical expertise during plant operational events, emergent issues, or regulatory inquiries.</li>\n <li>Support long-term licensing strategies, including plant digital modernization and utilities life-extension initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of related experience is required. Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted. </li>\n <li>Experience in commercial nuclear power (utility, vendor, or regulatory).</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of NRC regulations (10 CFR 50 App. B, 52, 55, 73, 100, etc.) and industry guidance (NEI, IEEE, EPRI, ANSI/ANS).</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.</li>\n <li>Experience managing or developing engineering/licensing methods and digital tools.</li>\n <li>Prior involvement in licensing actions, safety analyses, or regulatory interactions.</li>\n <li>Understanding of configuration management systems and digital workflow platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary: </strong>$85,000-$116,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
