If you are interested in working in a high growth startup environment, and look to be part of a team that will potentially change the way customers shop in the Middle East, apply now.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. This role will act as a bridge between the COO’s office and cross-functional teams, managing high-impact projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes on time and within scope.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Leadership &amp; Execution:\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and lead end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects initiated by or in collaboration with the COO.</li>\n<li>Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.</li>\n<li>Track and report progress on all active projects to the COO and relevant stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Coordination:\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate communication and alignment between departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.</li>\n<li>Anticipate roadblocks, manage dependencies, and propose solutions to maintain momentum.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Operational Support:\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the COO in managing daily operations, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor operational performance and project status.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Planning:\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the annual and quarterly planning processes.</li>\n<li>Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on business initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Process Improvement:\n<ul>\n<li>Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend or implement process improvements.</li>\n<li>Document SOPs and project workflows to standardize best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.</li>\n<li>5–10 years of project management experience in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of business operations and strategic project execution.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or MS Project).</li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n<li>PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
