The Superintendent is responsible for the timely and cost-effective&nbsp;field coordination, quality control and&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects.</span></p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 15pt; margin: 7.5pt 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 50, 56);\">Responsibilities include but not limited to:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 73px;\"><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 50, 56);\">Prepares the project schedule, maintains reports accurately describing project status</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 50, 56);\">Responsible for the timely and cost-effective&nbsp;field coordination, quality control and&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 50, 56);\">Reviews status and project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis.
