Position Description The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis activities across the organization. This role works closely with finance and business teams to provide accurate reporting, analyze business performance, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and assist with financial decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare recurring financial reports, forecasts, and analyses. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes. • Analyze revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, and operating expenses. • Assist with project and business-unit financial performance monitoring. • Track and report key performance indicators and operational metrics. • Perform variance analysis and investigate significant financial trends. • Support financial modeling, data analysis, and ad hoc reporting requests. • Assist with procurement, vendor, and project-related financial analysis. • Help maintain forecasting tools, reporting databases, and financial dashboards. • Support working capital initiatives, including accounts receivable, collections analysis, and cash flow reporting. • Participate in financial close activities and reconciliation support as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and process efficiency. • Assist with internal controls, audit requests, and compliance-related activities. • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
