This role is mainly responsible for planning, and executing instructor training courses, either CSIA or CASI.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">This role will crossover into the Evergreen International Ski School. The successful applicant will have to work as a Snowsports Instructor when required to, and when there is no CSIA or CASI course/exams. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Responsible for the guidance and evolution of snowsports technique and teaching methodology.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Improve, maintain, and adhere to all operational, safety and risk management procedures ensuring safe and efficient operation of Evergreen Programs.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Educate, teach, develop, train the instructor courses with high quality in safe matters, guiding to the students to the vision of the company of sustainability, training good professionals for our snowsports industry.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">ADDITIONAL DUTIES:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Due to the many variables that affect business operations, occasionally, employees may be asked to perform other duties or assist in efforts outside their primary area of responsibility, when admin staff deems it necessary. This may include performing in any subordinate position.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">GENERAL DUTIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 13px; text-decoration: underline\">Daily:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Complete paperwork required and defined by association for instructor certificates of students.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Manage students goal setting/evaluation procedures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Plan, design, assign and organize programs and lessons.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Conduct (detect/correct) student video analysis.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Organize people into groups and assign lessons.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Interact with clients prior to lesson start times.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Motivate and encourage fellow students, trainers, and instructors.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Drive to training venue and be able to pick up guests. Maintain company vehicle in good conditions.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that Evergreen Alpine Academy is presented in the best possible light.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Assess students skiing abilities and use proper terrain and lesson plans for effective learning.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Tailor each lesson based on the assessment and the students’ goals and attend to special needs.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Provide a fun and interactive learning environment that will exceed any client’s goals/expectations.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Recognize changing snow conditions and understand how they may affect your approach.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Develop, maintain, and ensure the smooth operation of all EAA programs.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Coordinate and conduct training sessions for both new and returning instructors and support them on the slopes throughout the season.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Maintain inventory records of all related program equipment (course material, radios, video cameras, tool kits, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #4a4a49;
