bold\">Responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide general oversight and direction to jobsite supervision on assigned projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure compliance with the requirements of the plans and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and scopes for purchase orders and subcontract.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Monitor quality and/or supervise the monitoring of quality to ensure that all installations meet quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work with superintendents and foremen to ensure that the work on assigned projects is properly planned, coordinated and meet and/or exceed established productivity goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Coordinate material, tooling and equipment needs with the superintendents and foremen to ensure that the proper material, tools and equipment are available when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure that tools and equipment are properly monitored and tracked. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Identify and communicate Fabrication opportunities to the Division Manager and the Fabrication Division Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Lead the process of reviewing and preparing the monthly cost reports for assigned projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure company and project specific safety policies are followed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Coordinate manpower requirements with superintendents and foremen to ensure that the appropriate quantity of manpower with the needed skill set is available and on site when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Evaluate employees and provide coaching and feedback on performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Support company Safety and Human Resources policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide appropriate and constructive feedback to Division Manager.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Certification: None required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Education: High School Graduate or GED.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience: Minimum of 5 years electrical experience required.
