(Shift differential included)</strong></li><li>$300 sign-on bonus after three months</li></ul><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Adheres to all food safety and personal safety requirements. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains food processing, building and facility equipment through field commonly accepted techniques. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and develop a plan to repair the failure. &nbsp;</li><li>Provides Maintenance Support to Production Operations Group with quality repairs and excellent performance. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintains daily log of repairs and submits for record. &nbsp;</li><li>Conducts Preventative Maintenance on all assigned equipment. &nbsp;</li><li>Researches parts status, alternative vendors and substitution parts in concert with the Parts Room Clerk. &nbsp;</li><li>Submits Preventative Maintenance, calibration, verification and other such documentation in a timely manner. &nbsp;</li><li>Reports actual and potential food and personal safety problems/concerns to management immediately. &nbsp;</li><li>Responds to routine and emergency calls for repair and service in a timely, efficient manner. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A successful candidate will have an Associate degree or 3-5 years&rsquo; experience in the maintenance &nbsp;</li><li>Perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting (up to 75lbs, unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking</li><li>Safely use various manual, power and safety tools common to maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Handle commonly used chemicals in accordance with SOPs and SDS&nbsp;</li><li>Some departments require candidate to fabricate and create food-grade welds using MIG, TIG and stick on various metals. &nbsp;</li></ul><p>Fresh Mark provides an excellent work environment and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision and 401K.</p><p>We invite you to be part of our exciting team and rapidly growing business.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About Fresh Mark, Inc.</strong></p><p>For over 100 years, Fresh Mark has been a leading supplier of bacon, ham, hot dogs and deli meats for the grocery and food service industries.
