You’ll also: &nbsp;</div><ul><li><!--block-->Provide oversight for projects, showcasing your project management skills.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Ensure work quality by leading quality assurance and quality control efforts for junior staff, offering support to engineers and guiding CAD techs in technical design.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Allocate staff and resources across multiple offices. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Lead projects, ensuring they dance to the tune of success – on schedule and on budget using our talented staff and trusted sub-consultants. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Cultivate client relationships through meaningful contacts. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Craft compelling statements of qualifications, proposals, and contracts that reflect our commitment to excellence.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Manage and follow up on invoicing by providing clear explanations for billed items, and follow up on accounts receivable. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Execute our Quality Control program, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with assigned projects and clients.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Seek new projects and bring business opportunities to the firm. &nbsp;</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>What it takes</strong>&nbsp;<br>Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Engineering or a similar degree with appropriate experience. You should have 10 years of experience in Project Management. You should also be a licensed professional engineer.
