We have an opportunity for an Full-Time Sterile Processing Tech to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Title: Sterile Processing Technician </strong>Department: Central Sterile / Surgical ServicesLocation: Portland, ORHours: Full Time</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains clean environment in sterile processing department by wearing appropriate clothing, hair and face covering, and cover coats, and removing/changing aprons, masks, etc., as necessary.</li>\n <li>Safely cleans, packages, assembles, sterilizes instruments and trays using aseptic technique.</li>\n <li>Correctly operates, monitors, and documents all cleaning and sterilizing equipment in CS and OR area according to equipment manufacturer's instructions</li>\n <li>Maintains appropriate CS and Surgery inventory by routinely counting, ordering, and restocking par level supplies.</li>\n <li>Responds immediately to all requests from Surgery for different or additional items.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Note:  This is not an all-inclusive list of this job's responsibilities.  The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years experience in sterile processing, required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications and Licensures</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT), preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
