In Richmond, we provide a range of services, including Mobile Crisis, Community Stabilization, Mental Health Skill-Building (MHSB), Outpatient Therapy, Addiction Recovery &amp; Treatment, and Psychiatric Services.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who thrives in dynamic settings and is passionate about quality care and team development. The Clinical Manager oversees clinical operations within their assigned program(s), supporting high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. A hybrid work environment is available after a probationary period.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide bi-weekly or monthly clinical supervision to Qualified Professionals and Paraprofessionals, including face-to-face sessions and feedback on assessments, admissions, treatment plans, modifications, discharge planning, and care coordination.</li>\n<li>Review progress notes, ISPs, quarterly reviews, and all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Medicaid, DBHDS, and internal requirements.</li>\n<li>Conduct or review clinical assessments and provide outpatient therapy as needed.</li>\n<li>Deliver crisis intervention services and participate in peer-to-peer reviews with MCOs when necessary.</li>\n<li>Facilitate collaborative treatment planning sessions with individuals, LMHP‑R/S staff, and Qualified Professionals.</li>\n<li>Support quantitative and qualitative record reviews to ensure clinical and compliance standards are met.</li>\n<li>Submit monthly supervision documentation and clinical/compliance checklists.</li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance development of clinical staff.</li>\n<li>Participate in team huddles, meetings, and required trainings; provide support to additional service sites when needed.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and community partners.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.</li>\n<li>Licensedin Virginia as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.</li>\n<li>Minimum of three years of clinical experience including assessments, treatment planning, therapy services, and crisis/behavioral interventions.</li>\n<li>Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of VADBHDS and DMAS regulations and evidence-based practices.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including in crisis situations.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<p>This full‑time position offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well‑being and long‑term professional growth, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n<li>Retirement plan options</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Epic Health Partners:</span><br>Epic Health Partners is a behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high‑quality, person‑centered care for individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges.
