font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you bring</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in quality management.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory requirements, auditing, process improvement, and risk management, combined with experience in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong teamwork abilities.</li>\n<li>Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions, as well as familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel occasionally abroad and to other company sites.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
