font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Purpose: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead daily startup huddles with shop personnel.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist Asset Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead internal shop repairs both directive and physical.</span></li>\n<li>Repair trucks, Tractor Trailers, equipment.</li>\n<li>Perform LOF services.</li>\n<li>Perform routine vehicle maintenance.</li>\n<li>Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components.</li>\n<li>Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Previous experience as a mechanic</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">• Knowledge of shop equipment &amp; diesel </span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">• Deadline and detail-oriented</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">• Provide your own basic tools</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">• Clean and organized</span><br></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">GED or High School Diploma.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">10 years of relevant mechanical experience.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5 years of relevant supervisor’s experience.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Class A or B CDL preferred to start, will be required to obtain within 6 months of hiring date.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">PA state inspection and emissions license preferred (Class 7) to start, will be required to obtain within 6 months to 1 year of hiring date.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to stand for a prolonged period.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
