Training Manager</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualification</span></p>\n<p>-Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field</p>\n<p> Recognized certifications in:</p>\n<p>-Safety Management Systems (SMS)</p>\n<p>-Quality Management Systems (QMS) (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)</p>\n<p>-Formal training in aviation auditing / compliance</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<p>- Typically 5–10 years in aviation, with at least:</p>\n<p>- 3–5 years in safety, quality/ compliance roles</p>\n<p>-Experience within: FBO / Ground Handling / Business Aviation (preferred) Proven track record in:</p>\n<p>-Managing audits (internal &amp; external)</p>\n<p>-Incident investigation and reporting</p>\n<p>-Developing and delivering training programs</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>-Safety Management Systems (SMS) implementation and oversight</p>\n<p>-Quality Assurance and Audit Management</p>\n<p>- Risk assessment and hazard identification</p>\n<p>-Root cause analysis (e.g., ICAO methodology)</p>\n<p>-Training program design and competency frameworks</p>\n<p>Knowledge of:</p>\n<p>-Human Factors in aviation</p>\n<p>-Emergency Response Planning (ERP)</p>\n<p>-Train-the-Trainer / Instructional Techniques certification</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Experience delivering:</p>\n<p>-Safety training</p>\n<p>-Airside/ramp safety induction</p>\n<p>-Compliance training</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the Quality function and maintaining open channels of communication with the management and personnel;</li>\n<li>Maintain QA audit, ensure non-conformance reports raised are addressed and that corrective actions are implemented as required.</li>\n<li>Setting up systems within the department as well as development of departmental procedures;</li>\n<li>Personal authorization issue and control process;</li>\n<li>Company and technical documentation control including EJME Management Manual;</li>\n<li>Preparing and presenting training to personnel in respect of Management Manuals and supporting documentation, as well as Aviation Regulations;</li>\n<li>Attend ‘Pre’ and ‘Post’ audit meetings and accompany any third party auditors during the audit process being conducted;</li>\n<li>Monitor and ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements as and when published/advised by Civil Aviation Authorities</li>\n<li>Approval of Subcontractors/ Suppliers providing product/services to the FBO;</li>\n<li>Monitor the development and documentation of the internal control systems within the division</li>\n<li>Implementation and maintenance of the Q-Pulse and SMS system</li>\n<li>The organization and management of the ExecuJet Safety Programme in its entirety</li>\n<li>Management and supervision of the Safety Committee;</li>\n<li>Responsible for CAPAs’ relating to postholder safety function.</li>\n<li>Risk assessments are carried out and findings directed to the responsible people and are prioritized as per the risks ranking.</li>\n<li>Corrective and preventative actions are recommended are communicated to the responsible manager for implementation.</li>\n<li>Continual monitoring of the SMS system procedures and regulations to ensure EJME remains in compliance national and international standards, and management are kept informed of any changes</li>\n<li>Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of the SMS</li>\n<li>Continual development of the company SMS training presentation</li>\n<li>Delivery of the company SMS training</li>\n<li>Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry</li>\n<li>Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective</li>\n<li>Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry</li>\n<li>Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs</li>\n<li><span>Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.</span></li>\n<li>Prepares and implements training budget</li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Background</span></p>\n<p>Corporate Aviation is essential</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Languages</span></p>\n<p>Fluency in written and spoken English Essential.</p>\n<p>Additional languages is advantageous</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Character profile</span></p>\n<p>-Strong Leadership and stakeholder management</p>\n<p>-High attention to details and compliance mindset</p>\n<p>-Ability to influence operational teams on safety culture</p>\n<p>-Excellent report writing and communication skills</p>",
