We are seeking a caregiver supervisor and coordinator for the panhandle area. This position is eligible for company-wide quarterly bonuses.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining strong channels of communication with caregivers, clients, and office administration.</li>\n<li>Resolving challenges or issues as they arise.</li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.</li>\n<li>Reporting any incidents involving client health/safety/satisfaction to appropriate administration in a timely manner.<br></li>\n<li>Non-medical in-home caregiving, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and assisting with tasks like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from appointments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience/Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in management or supervision.<br>Problem-solving in unexpected situations.</li>\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication.</li>\n<li><span>Superior phone etiquette and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.</span></li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with good multi-tasking ability.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of general care for the elderly and disabled or recovering persons.</li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Nebraska driver's license.</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Proof of current automobile insurance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Prior caregiving and/or management or supervisory experience is preferred.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About us: </span>Why AmanaCare?</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The word Amana means “faithfulness, loyalty, constancy, devotion, integrity, trust.” It also means “support, confirmation; a guardian; a nurse.” At AmanaCare, our goal is to confirm the God-given value of our clients and to support them through their unique circumstances.
