    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong><u>Summary</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Reporting to the Co-President, the&nbsp;District Manager manages overall operations of approximately seven to eleven Taco Time restaurants.&nbsp;The&nbsp;District Manager ensures that their locations are providing excellent guest service, serving safe, high quality foods, maintaining clean facilities, developing their people and upholding policies and procedures while growing guest counts and maximizing profitability.</p><h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>Essential Functions and Key Position Accountabilities&nbsp;</u></span></strong></h1><ul><li>Key member of the operations leadership team and willing to travel as needed to fit the needs of the company</li><li>Mission statement ambassador</li><li>Ultimately responsible for everything that happens in their restaurant</li><li>Maintains high-standards and expectations around food quality, guest service, food safety, speed of service, cleanliness, and profitability at their restaurants</li><li>Communicates with the restaurant leadership teams on a frequent basis</li><li>Ensures compliance with Taco Time policies and procedures</li><li>Evaluates restaurant operations against specific criteria</li><li>Holds managers accountable for performance and works with managers to improve</li><li>Responsible for the financial integrity of all their restaurants including but not limited to, cash, product inventory, and labor</li><li>Responsible to ensure all laws and regulations are being followed in all their restaurants</li><li>Interviews, hires, and develops management staff</li><li>Responsible for continued management development and promotion within district</li><li>Should always have an internal bench of managers available to them</li><li>Be self-sufficient in their district and not rely on outside hires or transfers from other districts</li><li>Serves as the ultimate decision maker for the restaurants in their district</li><li>Monitors staffing levels to ensure everything is being done to appropriately staff restaurants based on sales volumes</li><li>Builds an effective team through training and development by providing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews</li><li>Coaches and counsels staff;
