          "text": "<p>Post-graduate degree (Masters, MPH, PhD) with HEOR training and certification</p><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience conducting HEOR research (Related fields include: Health Services Research, Health Economics / Economics, Outcomes Research) o</p></li><li><p>Device/diagnostics experience required. Pure Pharma experience should not apply.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated contribution to the field through publications and participation in the external HEOR community</p></li><li><p>Has substantial technical knowledge and extensive experience of planning and delivering HEOR programs, particularly launch deliverables, economic modelling and RWD studies</p></li><li><p>Has a record of owning functional operating plans while contributing to the development and evolution of business strategy</p></li><li><p>Has general knowledge of the external OR/Clinical/Regulatory/ Reimbursement environment</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively, independently with multi-level teams, manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced and changing environment.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated and effective interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.</p></li></ul>",
