This is an excellent opportunity for newly certificated mechanic who is interested in growing both personally and professionally in a very demanding, but unique and special environment.</p><div></div><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Aircraft Maintenance:</b></p><ul><li>Assists in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company aircraft in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, FAA regulations, and company procedures.</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and avionics discrepancies.</li><li>Document all maintenance actions accurately in accordance with FAA and company requirements.</li><li>Support line maintenance and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events as needed.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Part 91 operational and maintenance requirements.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Director Of Maintenance or Aircraft Program Managers.</li></ul><p><b>Hangar &amp; Facility Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the hangar, work areas, and maintenance office.</li><li>Operate, inspect, and perform basic servicing of ground support equipment (GSE), including Mototok, Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Ladders, Jacks, GPUs, and Tow Bars.</li><li>Report any GSE malfunctions and assist with minor repairs or coordinate for service as required.</li><li>Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained in compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Support trash disposal, floor cleaning, and other general facility upkeep duties as needed.</li><li>Maintain safe and clear workspaces by promptly cleaning up fluid spills, debris, and other hazards. As well as restoring work area cleanliness/organization and inventorying tooling post work.</li><li>Assists in managing Jet Fuel Inventory</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>Valid FAA Airframe &amp; Powerplant Certificate</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</li><li>Basic knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures</li><li>Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians</li><li>Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and drawings</li><li>Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening</li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Technician with 1-2 yrs. Experience in a corporate/private sector.</li><li>Experience operating GSE or maintaining hangar equipment</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Flightdocs)</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Work Conditions:</b></p><ul><li>Work performed in hangar and ramp environments</li><li>May require irregular hours, including nights, weekends, or on-call duty</li><li>Must be able to lift 50&#43; pounds and work in confined spaces or elevated surfaces</li><li>Exposure to noise, vibration, and occasional inclement weather when working outside</li></ul>",
