This position supports enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) operations by administering, maintaining, and optimizing the Flexera FNMS environment to ensure effective software license management and compliance.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Perform all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities associated with FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) and related integrations</li><li>Maintain and administer the FNMS environment within USCIS infrastructure</li><li>Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for FNMS-related issues</li><li>Support software entitlement tracking, software licensing optimization, and proactive SAM initiatives</li><li>Assist the Project Manager in meeting performance work statement requirements</li><li>Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies</li><li>Support software license helpdesk activities and customer support functions</li></ul><h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience administering enterprise Flexera deployments</li></ul><h2>Preferred Skills & Competencies</h2><ul><li>Strong background with Flexera/FNMS technologies</li><li>Experience supporting DHS environments and systems preferred</li><li>Knowledge of software asset management best practices</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills</li></ul>",
